How to use Outlook Express with hotmail account?

Help! i've hotmail account e.g [e-mail] but i want to use outlook express, i've set up my hotmail account into outlook express but it's not working, i want as i receive mail it automatically comes at my outlook express, plz guide me in a good way from start to end, how can i use outlook express???
when i send email it occurs error!!!
