Certainly, virtual domains (multiple domains on one server) are fairly normal these days. You can even have multiple IP's for them if you need SSL and have multiple SSL certs on a single server. The server could care less what development program you use to create the code for each site! Dreamweaver or any other code writer like NVU, notepad, or any ftp program will allow multiple domains and sites.
When domains are setup they will all have separate FTP credentials, if you have the "master" access you can even load with just ONE FTP setting and just pick the correct directory for the site you are loading.

I do not know if Dreamweaver does. But webpole.com provides Virtual Dedicated server to host multiple websites. Visit the site for more information.

Dreamweaver can create multiple sites.
If you're using Apache as your web server software you need to look into virtual hosting, where multiple sites are kept on 1 server with a single IP address.
Here's the how to for Apache 2.2 virtual hosting - http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/core.html#virtualhost there's more at http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/vhosts/

Yes, you need a web host supporting multiple/unlimited domain names.
As an experienced webmaster I recommend BH web hosting which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.

Yes, it is easy to do. If running a Linux web server, check out ISPConfig - a tool to create and manage multiple web sites on one server. It manages user accounts, quotas, emails, and a lot of stuff...
