my mom uses this wireless camera to watch me when i sleep because i was up until lke 2 am one night/day and its just weird. i dont wanna break the camera just disable it while im a sleep.

But if you insist:
If it's a modern wireless camera without tape (one you can plug in via USB), you could be smart and sleep like a good boy one night. Then, take the short video clip from that night, assuming she stops it during the day, by plugging in the camera and copying the clip to your computer. Next if you want to stay up/sneak out, erase the video from the naughty night and replace it with the good night. You may have to incorporate a few different videos so that she won't catch on.
I'm helping you because I think its really weird that she does that. lol.

depends...you can try to download the driver and other programs for the model camera to try to turn it off or just put something on the lens like a sock or shirt something that looks accidental...
