Outlook E-Mail Problem?

3 office computers connected to a server downtown (different building) 1 computer not connected to server yet, other 2 are recieving this message when running test message.

Outlook could not connect to the incomming (POP3) mail server because the server did not accept your user name or password.

Also - Unable to send test message. Please verify the e-mail address field.

Only your Network Tech/Mail Server Tech can answer this wuestion since they created the settings you MUST use.

Do you have any regulations set as much as bypass those products to a diverse folder? Do you have Outlook set as much as in straightforward terms reveal unread products interior the preview pane? Do you have an over-lively unsolicited mail blocker or junk digital mail filter out? verify those products, and good success!

You need to check and see what the usernames and passwords are supposed to be for getting your mail. They may or may not be the same as the e-mail addresses or the network logon IDs, so don't assume.

check, the pop and smtp mail server addresses

use authentication for smtp settings
