your not authorised to connect to that network

either you have typed the incorrect password

or your computer is set up to connect to only secured wireless networks

to change your computer security

right click the network name

properties

and from there change the security method to match that on the wireless router

What is the expected Upstream/Downstream speed for your ISP Connection?54mbps

Make and exact model of the broadband modem.not sure

Make and exact model and hardware version of the router (if a separate unit).not sure

Please give an exact description of your problem symptoms, including the exact text of any error messages. My internet will connect to the wireless internet, and be at full speed/signal but it won't load internet pages or let me sign in to messengers and when it does let me through, it will randomly stop loading pages and firefox says "Unable to connect" or "connection has timed out"

If you're using a wireless connection, have you tried a direct connection with a cable to see if that changes the symptoms? no

If there are other computers on the same network, are they experiencing the same issue, or do they function normally? I talked to the main office and nobody else seems to be having this problem

*The internet seems to be working right now but before this post it was not and I'm sure it will go down again soon*

Are you using any filtering, like AOL parental controls or anything like that?

Click start, type cmd, and hit enter. A black box should come up with a command prompt. Type: ping google.com and press enter. Did you get replies or did it time out?

Next type: ipconfig and press enter. Please update us with the information it shows on the screen after that command.

If you update, send me a message through my profile, and I'll help you.
