3. Install MyWi/Create RockIt Account

4. Turn ON WiFi Tethering in MyFi application

5. Connect to appropriate WiFi network on iPad

The Mac allows you to share the internet connection over any non-used & capable I/O (wireless can be shared through LAN, LAN shared through wireless and either one shared via Bluetooth).

The iPad doesn't support Bluetooth internet sharing.

But you can create an ad-hoc network with the Mac and get internet with the iPad that way.

On the Mac click on the WiFi symbol at the top right of the screen and select "Create Network" - then follow the instructions. Use WPA2 as the security and pick a good strong password. Once the network is created, log onto it with the iPad and type in the password you just created. Simple as that! You will, of course, need to have the Mac turned on and connected to the internet in order to get online with the iPad.
