Any large city. It really spends. DSL tends to be cheaper. I have Verizon DSL with No Home Phone for 19.99 a month. its like 3 down 1.5 up. City's tend to have fiber optics, I know in boston you can get Verizon FIOS for like $40 and get 20down 5 up

Wherever Google is launching their test sites. They are thinking of Hawaii as an option. 1Gbps speeds. But don't jump the gun and move to Hawaii, they are not in place yet. Atm, FiOs is the best.
