Who can I complain to about my issues with Comcast internet ! In Florida??

I have slow connection with Internet cable for 3 months with Comcast , after they took over from Adelphia . Comcast, each time I call, keeps referring me to different departments, and also 5 techs have come to my house , and never fixing the problem. The techs at mu home say I need call someone else, and I do , and then the new party says , that was given incorrect info… going insane ! help !

You are NOT alone. Complain til you're blue - they can't hear you - there's a web full of people who have issues. They're a monopoly and do as they please!



I refuse to use them, and have a DSL connection through the phone company.

I'd go all out! In all these items, the more signatures, from folks who've had similar problems, the better! Write letters to the editors of local publications: newspapers, magazines, etc.: expose the boogers for what they're doing! Post an item on a public blog! Publicize the existence of that blog! Write to politicians! Notify the State AG! Notify appropriate State Agencies! And, above all, notify Comcast, via certified letter, that you intend to notify as many people that you can, of their wrongs, and you intend to recommend against doing business with them! i had the exact same prob with comcast they just bought adelphia here too but im in CT, anyway i kept swearing at them and they kept giveing me 20 dollar off credits, i would advise as many F bombs as u could throw out, i got over 60 bucks off
