Im trying to connect to my web host how do i get ftp setup?

so i set up my domain in the nameservers under my domain provider and i was just wondering when i completed the setup my website times out i am trying to also set up ftp on FileZilla and am seeing this:
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of xxkillerstormxx.tk
Status: Connecting to
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server.
What do i do do i need to open port triggering or do i need to open fire wall and how do i do it?

You need to contact your hosting provider.It is the easiest way.

Plesae just contact your hosting provider. You pay for them, right? Please just read their online tutorial.
