Just click on an empty space and slide your mouse back to the bottom.

Hi,
You should be able to click on the task bar (what you are calling the start menu bar) - in an empty space that has no icon on it - maybe in between 'Start' and whatever is there, hold for a second or two, and then just drag it back to where you want it to be.

All you have to do is click on your taskbar and drag it back to the bottom of your screen. After you get it back to the bottom of your screen you can right click on your task bar and go to properties and check the lock taskbar so you won't have the problem again.

it fairly is available which you accidently shrink the heights of the bar. whilst that happens, the bar is barely a million pixel extreme, making it too skinny to be considered. attempt shifting the cursor to the very backside of the exhibit screen and notice if it adjustments to the double arrow cursor. If it does, click and carry the muse button and drag the cursor up. that could desire to improve the dimensions of the bar making it seen back. as quickly as you do get it decrease back, perfect click on the bar and verify the place it says "Lock the Toolbar". which will make it so as that the dimensions or region of the bar can no longer get replaced back via twist of destiny.

Use drag and drop. If it doesn't work right click on the task bar (that's how it's called) and make sure "lock the taskbar" is not checked.
