Virgin Media cable modem, the ready light on the modem is constantly flashing..?

is that how it supposed to be, i still have internet access. The last time i remember the ready light remained on but now its flashing.

well i work for virgin media networks and NO that light should be solid, since the light flashing is meaning the modem can sync with the virgin media networks, since the strange this is if your online the light on the modem could just be at fault, or your machine is using somebody else wireless connection if this is eg on a laptop with a wireless connection.



but because you didnt say, if you use a wireless connection. i would call virgin media tech team 0845 454 1111 or 150/151 if calling from a virgin media phone line.

Paultech is bang on.

I also work for company.

That should not happen.

However, mine does that sometimes too for up to about 24 hours with perfect connection

until i have to manually reboot. (pull the psu out and put back in again)

Just one of them weird things!
