Depends on the configuration of your local network.
In Linux, you can share printers by using the Common Unix Printing System, or CUPS. CUPS functions by running a small print server on the computer manually connected to the printer. This allows you to share a printer previously configured as a local printer with all computers on a network
Open an Internet browser on the machine connected to the printer you wish to share. Go to the address "http://localhost:631/." This is the URL for the CUPS web-based interface.
2
Click the "Administration" tab in the CUPS interface.
3
Check the box next to the phrase "Share printers connected to this system," then click "Save Changes."
4
Restart the computer for the changes to take place.

If all printers are within the the same LAN these it is possible to take print-outs from any of the printers. For this all printer should be either Network Printer in nature or either a local printer. If it is a local printer then install the driver of that printer on that PC at which it is attached physically.Once the driver is installed you can serve this PC as print sever in network by simply accessing it within LAN with the help of local IP from the Run prompt then chhosing that local printer and then go to connect it.

I recommend you buy a print server, it is a small device (about $20) that will let you connect your printers directly to the network, and will make it much easier for the computers to find.
From there you need to read the documentation for your linux distribution to see how to set up the printer.
