Cant access ftp server remotely on restricted computer?

I am trying to use fireftp on firefox because on these computer you cannot install anything. I can move files to it but cant install.

Here's what it gives me....

It doesnt give me a reason why...it just disconnects and tries again. I know the server works because I log in to it everyday almost.
Whats the issue?
