Question:
Hello guys, I've made a server and my friends can't connect to it. what do I do?

I've disabled whitelisting, port forwarded it, and I do not have that router setting where tyour ip changes every once and a while. pls pls help :(

This sort of problem requires too much troubleshooting, apart from posting a Teamviewer ID and password I can't really think of much else..

You need to check your port forwarding on the router, and also allow the same ports in through your firewall.
The server should be at a static LAN IP address, one that is not within the DHCP pool range of the router.
Only then are you ready for friends to connect via your public IP address:
http://www.whatismyip.com/

Are your friends adding the port number at the end of the IP address?

You should add what game it is your are having connection issues with, it will make it much easier for others to assist you.
