See if you can access the site using HTTP instead of HTTPS. It may be as simple as trying "http://www.example.com" instead of "https://www.example.com".
If what you're trying to access can only be accessed through HTTPS, then you'll have to wait for the owners of that site to fix their SSL implementation. You may want to send them an email directing them to CVE-2009-3555.
In October of 2009, a serious security flaw was discovered in almost every implementation of SSL/TLS, the protocol used to secure web pages sent over the Internet (among other things). An ugly workaround was developed immediately, but a real fix was not developed until February of this year. Whoever maintains that site has not yet implemented the fix.
Your browser cannot confirm the security of your connection because of this problem, and so it is refusing to consider the connection secure.
