Which web application should i use? (10 points for best answer)?

I've got 3 questions

1- What web application do you recommend for a guy who wants to make a site where people can watch shows online for free (like cucicra.com) ?? Wordpress?? Drupal?? Joomla?
2- Which web application is most used by users and most popular? Drupal? Wordpress? BBPhp? Joomla?
3- How do you know the web-app that any site use? for an example : http://www.tv-links.eu/ what web-app are they using? and how do i find out??

3) if you are using chrome, then go to the desires website, right click, select inspect element, examine the scripting language , thats tell you what kind of web application they are running

This project won't be a site. You will have to get a server. As well, you will need a lawyer because this stuff is illegal and they will come after you.
