Hp procurve switches?

Hi,

I have just got my self an IT contract and i really really need to know about hp procurve switches, does anyone know where I could find the resources? any video tutorials or books?

Taking the fan out of computer equipment is not recommended. The fan is there for a reason, to keep things cool! If you take it out you'll probably melt your switch or encounter other networking issues.
