Please help with VPN recommendations for laptop (Windows).
I would like more secure, faster browsing and LESS tracking.

i would like to mask my IP address?? route it thru different locations

I am sure then you are not looking for free vpn service and I would not suggest as well... Buy one of the VPN services and give it a try for a month. Remember you will still be limited by your current service provider's speed. And, a cheap VPN will slow the speed down further. But it is beneficial, for example you could get a VPN from a country that offers free ad free TV shows and programs to residents of that country, then you would get those shows free as well.



I suspect that if you do illegal activity, the VPN company would most likely comply with a court order and give up information on you.



As far as tracking, ad companies would still track you, they just would track you to the VPN servers location. So the ads would still be there, just not very relevant to your local shopping area.
