How to get user name and password info for my Ubee modem/router.?

Question

When i type in my default gateway to get to my router settings online, I need to login with a user name and password, and I don't know what those are... Is there a way I can see that info? Or do I have to call brighthouse, which set it up? Thanks for any help.

admin, cableroot

Hello there is a universal function built into most router, look for a small hole near power plug goes into router... use a pin or needle or simply bend back a paper clip it will soft press a switch...hold it down... unplug your device and plug it in and count to 10 it will reset your router, then you can use the default user and password to get in. More than likely even if you called ubee they would tell you a similar solution.
