We have att uverse. The tv and wireless Internet work on our iPod and iPhones, but it won't work on our laptops. The light on the Internet box says that the wireless is working, but neither of our computers work. It says "access: limited connectivity". Anyone know what to do?

The best thing you can probably do here is to contact the internet company and ask them for help. If the internet is working on your phones that means there is nothing wrong with the phones and the internet / router that you are using.

One thing you can try though is the following on your wireless pc's

- Click Start

- Go to RUN (or hold the windows key on the keyboard and press R)

- Type Cmd

- In the black box that comes up, type the following

-- ipconfig /release

-- ipconfig /renew

If that doesn't work, try to connect to another wireless connection and see if that helps. Then re-connect to this one that isn't working.

Do you have the same laptops? maybe it's an issue with the laptops themselves. I'd try calling the internet company first, then if you don't get your answer call the people who made the laptops (if you have the same kind).

Make sure you are connected to the same network? That's all I can think of for the moment.
