This is just an example. You did not specify which version of MS Outlook you are using.

You can go to http://support.microsoft.com/search/?adv=0

and up information that can help for the version you are using.

Best Wishes and have fun but be careful.

Many of these features are the VIEW that you set on your computer. So it might be best that your coworker to SCREEN SHOTS of some of the settings, so you can duplicate that.

Here's how

Open Microsoft WORD

Go to the Outlook calendar view settings and use SHIFT PRINT SCREEN.

Go back to WORD and use CONTROL V or PASTE to get the screen shot.

Go back to get other Outlook settings.

Save the document, and have it e-mailed to you.

yes you can copy her calandering file and import export both. How to do it dpends on what version of Outlook you are using.

There are much easier ways to share a calendar among co workers. You can set up OWA, you can set privledges for groups or depts that need to see your appointments. I know its important for certain teams to collaberate on a project and some of the examples I mentioned will make it easier for you.

You can have your admin person set this up for you and your coworker in about 10 minutes.

Good luck
