I am looking into proposing a VPN device such as http://www.amazon.com/Cisco-RV220W-Wireless-Security-Connectivity/dp/B004H8FSQM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1395928102&sr=8-1&keywords=cisco+rv220w for purchase to the company I work for, but am a little confused on what it means by a number of SSL tunnels. For example, the device attached supports 5 SSL tunnels. Does this mean that only 5 people can be remotely connected to the network via SSL at any given time?
Any recommendations on devices would also be greatly appreciated.

SSL Tunnels are separate. So if you have 5 clients, each client can have an SSL Tunnel. The max connections from the specs looks to be 25.. which would be concurrent connections (connections at one time). The Tunnel says it supports remote and site-to-site. So remote could use a Cisco SSL VPN client so they can connect anywhere. Site-to-Site would be based on the IP of their Firewall and Yours creating a secure tunnel to your device for traffic to flow. They would not be able to connect remotely. I saw some reviews below about bugs with the SSL VPN so you may want to check that out.

On Cisco's the base 5505 I believe only allows 2 SSL VPN connections at one time and 25 IPSEC connections.. so that 25 is likely to not be SSL. Would have to check their manual on that brand.

When i endorse employing http://www.vpnmaster.org to unblock web-sites. I am using their services for more than 3 years without having complications.

We suggest making use of VPNPower to unblock sites. I have been with them since four years. http://www.vpnpower.net
