You'd need to run a Windows virtual machine to use Netflix. There's no other, easier way to do it. WINE won't work, neither will installing Moonlight, neither will installing Chrome or the Chrome OS plugin for Netflix. So you gotta use something like VMWare, and you'll need a faster computer to get good playback since you're running Netflix inside a browser inside a virtual box. If you have a slower computer but lots of space, you might be better off partitioning for a dual boot with Windows.

Netflix uses the Microsoft Silverlight Web browser plugin to stream and play videos to your PC. Before you can stream videos on the Netflix website, you must have an up-to-date version of Microsoft Silverlight on your computer. Silverlight is a free download and supports the Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome Web browsers. Good luck!

The web page Link I found may be of some help and may not be. It seems to be orinted toward Ubuntu Distributions.
