Nada is absolutely incorrect. The CL "flagging system" is a lazy way of managing ads that panders to the lowest common denominator and rejects basic fairness. It requires 3-5 flags from separate IP addressed to completely delete an ad. So whether or not your ad ACTUALLY violates at Term of Service is irrelevant. If a few people don't like your ad FOR WHATEVER REASON and decide to flag it OR a person who operates with multiple IP addresses, they can completely annihilate your ad. And most unsuspecting posters have no idea why this actually happened.

When I post a Black or African-related post, you can expect that there a always number of jerks who don't like it. If I post a gay-related ad, you can bet that someone will try and delete it. I can only imagine the moralistic creeps who are finding fault with your ad, I’m sure there are lots of them out there. Apparently there are a few in here as well, defending the repressive and discriminatory actions of these idiots.

The way the Craigslist flagging system is designed, it panders to - even exploits that element. And they like it, because it makes their job easier. And word of advice: DON"T go to the flagging forum, there is nothing in there but trolls who will immediately try to tell you theres something wrong with the ad and ultimately do nothing to ACTUALLY help you.

my experience has been competitor flagging with illegal software. the software runs a program that picks up key words in your listing. just look for others in your area doing the same thing, they may be the reason. no harm in emailing them and telling them to quit it or you will take legal again and pursue damages for them interfering with your business, which is against the law.

next check your own posting behavior. if you posting your listing in more than one location or category or your posting it more than once in 48 hours or more than one time, YOUR AT FAULT AND SHOULD BE FLAGGED.

my experience is sometimes c.l. destroys you but usually its some local tool who is generally breaking all the rules themselves, but will not allow your to do it (someone bound for hell). in which case you have to figure our who it is and best recourse is a letter from a lawyer, stating laws they are breaking and explaining what will happen if they continue and there is plenty you can sue them for. i have been through all this. and have consulted lawyers for help.

usually behind is all is some greedy evil person who you have to cross check with threats of a lawsuit. be careful to shield yourself, these tools will then try to ruin you other ways. i have had slander posted against me, phone and sales appointment harassment. in my situation i never broke any rule or hurt anyone, the jealousy envy greed and evil venom was demonic. soon these types are destroyed but you have to stand your ground and never let them win. fighting them with the law is best because these types are lawless, monetary threats are fun.

"no breeding/pet sales" - for that reason alone, litters don't do well (assuming this is a litter you bred). "rehoming fee applies" - translation "I know pet sales are prohibited on this site, but since you're all stupid, I'll change the sales price to 'rehoming fee', and make you call to find out what it is". Adoption fees are only to cover a portion of the vetting required to prepare a pet for it's new home ONLY. Not what you believe the puppies are worth, not any vet care given to the mother, food supplies or anything else. If they have a round of vaccines, think more like $25 - $50. I'm sure you've come up with the idea that if you put as little information as possible in your ad, that no one will know you're selling a litter. Your community knows better. List age (minimum 8 weeks to even list on CL), sexes, your fee on dollar amount & what RECENT vetting it covers, and it will also help if you put in what steps you will take to ensure your puppies will be placed in permanent homes, such as a home inspection, vet reference (and check it), and you will require a pre-paid spay/neuter certificate from their vet. Your community will want to ensure your pups will not be sent off to create more litters. Also, wait at least 48 hours before posting again

The very fast flagging is the result of staff taking action against spamming. ONE ad flagged might be an accident. Two ads in one year? You are doing something wrong. When ads are flagged, and the poster continues to post and be flagged without fixing their posting behavior, the ads become extremely fragile and are removed within minutes.

This means that staff noticed your behavior and has made it impossible for you to use craigslist the way that you were. You need to fix your ads and posting behavior, FAST. The next step is the removal of accounts. If you really don't know what you are doing that is so very wrong, head to the flag help forum and ask for advice. https://forums.craigslist.org/?forumID=3
