Do not have Linkedin account?

Is it possible a person that do not have Linkedin Account to received message below?:

It is most likely spam. Unless somebody started one with you email address instead of theirs. If you click on it you will probably get a virus so dont

Look at the URL to which you are supposed to respond! It isn't LinkedIn is it. This is a phasing mail in an attempt to get a password...never follow such garbage mails!

Mark it as spam and forget it.
