I'm having trouble with my D-Link wireless router. It is a DI-524. When I first set it up and tried to install it, there was an error message saying there was an incorrect router (not a dlink) plugged in. So, I went to update the firmware, hoping to solve the problem, but I keep getting an error message-400 Bad Request. Another difficulty I've had is that I can't have the router plugged in and use the internet, and vice versa. All I wanted to do was play my Wii online! Can someone please help?

from message it seems like your computer was not able to communicate with D-Link router. First check your computer's network card is set in DHCP mode and not static IP address. second connect your router and power on. third check did you recieve IP from router? If you already recive IP then run wireless router setup wizard it will sure detect it.

Best luck !
