Why are my torrents downloading very slow like 2 kb/s to 5kb/s? PLS. HELP?

I'm using uTorrent. Lately, I'm getting download speeds like 0.5 kb/s to 20 kb/s. A week before that, I'm having speeds like 30 kb/s to 150 kb/s but now the download is very slow. I always get speeds like 1 - 4 kb/s and I RARELY get speeds like 10 or 20 kb/s. Please HELP!!!

There's not enough seeders compared to peers of the torrent. Find another source or wait for more seeders to log in. They may also be busy serving other downloaders.



Also, don't be confused with kB/s and kb/s. uTorrent uses the kB/s unit which is kilobytes/sec. kb/s is kilobits/sec which is 1/8 of kB/s.

Probably because you are not the only one that likes to steal software and you are slowing the server down. Or you could have viruses on your PC from those filthy sites. Just pay money and buy a legit copy, its more satisfying.

You might have a virus if you're on Windows. Try running a scan. Good luck!
