Hi

The first thing you should know is networking is a part of MCA.The networking which you study as CCNA,CCNP etc are specialisation on the fundamental of networking which you study in Degre or PG and more off a company certification not a goverment certification.

The comapny may exist or may not exist then the certification like CCNA, CCDA,CCNP etc... will become useless as other companies have their own certification whereas a degree or PG is awarded by a body under the Govt and it will exist till there is a human race in this world whoever the ruler may come and go a statesman or a foreigner.

Those certification which you have taken are on individual technology which will really help you in your career growth but the fundamental to get into a career a graduate /Post graduation really required; by standards now no graduation is considered by any company only PG's.If possible complete MCA and select your desired technology which you would want to live/grow.

In india multiskill is what really required i.e. system+networking so you could opt for

1. MCITP + CCNA or

2. RHEL + CCNA

Salary will be mere in first three years later on specialisation and experience you may have more.

Hi,

After B.C.A don't quit ur studies go for PG like MCA ...

I want to tell one thing..

In one company for network engineer maximum one or two person required but for programmer n number vacancy is there. before taking decision make sure u r right.

for network side after completing ur college join any medium company so u can get knowledge and experience side by side complete remaining certificate like CCNA, CCNP after that CCIE very limited person having that certificate.

Take care all the best for ur bright future.

i would recommend you to go for mca and keep these certification tracks running in parallel to it.

another thing i would recommend is that you should focus yourself on one track rather than many at the same time.

i would recommend cisco certifications as they are really very vast and in demand

they give you the better package as well.

you can go for ccnp and further if you really wanna excel in networking field.
