Multiple Defualt Gateways?

Hey guys i have added multiple gate ways as my network has 3 gateways ( one for internet one for SIP phones and one for servers etc ) but now it is very slow and sometimes certain apps like Google talk cant connect as only the internet gateway has internet

Your computer can have multiple gateways, but it will only work reliably with one default gateway. The other gateways are usable if you have static routes pointing at the other gateways.
