How can i download in d-addicts? i cant understand it. HELP!?

i visited the site of d-addicts, i read the FAQ but still i dont get it. i downloaded UTorrent and tried to download some but it wont, it remains inactive.. im so frustrated. what is the best way to download there? i went to forum so i could download there but it wont, can u give me easy steps to download..??? and what should i do first in order to download.

You may want to get a software that allows you download from various sites.
