The 2640B has QOS (Quality of Service) features that can be used to control how the bandwidth is shared

You have to set them up using the setup pages

The instructions are in the manual

if you do not have the manual, download a copy here

some routers have bandwidth restricting equipped in - that may not one in each of them. the suited answer could be to tell whoever is the hog to shrink it out and behave himself. If that fails, use the firewall to dam the ports in uncomplicated use by way of P2P networks when you consider that it is maximum probable source of the subject. If that fails, block the MAC handle of the criminal and save him off your community. with a bit of luck he will then conform to end being a hog (P2P consumers incorporate the means to shrink their own bandwidth useage) and you will enable him returned on.
