I like to download the patches in a machine and make it install the patches in the other machines.I know about WSUS but i want to do it manually.

The only other way would be to download each patch manually and set up an active directory software installation policy for each and every one. And with over 700 updates, it would take an enormous amount of time and effort.
Why not use WSUS, I've been using it for ages and it runs like a dream.

WSUS, that's why they built it.
There are other programs but if your not into WSUS which is free I doubt your willing to pay for the others.
