Definitely need more information. How are you connecting to the internet? Are you using a wired or wireless connection between your computer and your router?

Do you have a cable internet connection or ADSL through the phone line? ADSL through the phone is susceptible to interference if you don't have decent quality microfilters installed (on every device, including sky box, fax machine, phone and computer/modem) and a decent quality wiring (don't use cheap telephone extensions, they have a high tin and low copper content).

Have you actually spoken to your internet provider about the issue? It could be that there is an issue they are already working on.

In terms of your computer itself, have you scanned for virus/malware files? Could something on your computer be disrupting the connection? Are you sharing the connection with others in your house that could be knocking you off?

Lots of things could be causing this, but I would start from the outside in and check with your ISP first, your connections from modem/router to computer second and then computer issues last.

How does it work when you disable all internet file sharing (torrents), because that can certainly choke a router with traffic, if not using up all NAT ports (not to mention a real damper on gaming)? After each NAT port is used, it takes a little while after use until it is freed up for other internet access.

If your upload is choked, that can choke your download, because received packets have to be acknowledged, and the acknowledgments have to wait in line to be uploaded.

It appears like your DSL connection is shedding if your entire desktops are off line. Your DSL router or modem could also be rebooting at the moment daily. I might investigate the settings of that to peer it it is scheduled to reboot at the moment. If the lighting fixtures for your DSL router/modem difference from natural, than your web connection might drop.

Insufficient information. Please give some more details, like the type of service, DSL modem model, router model (if any). Then someone might be able to help. In the meantime, call AT&T support.
