unblock websites at school?

Now and then my teacher at school blocks the internet on the students computers using surf lock. the school district uses i prism to block some websites, but i don't care about that. in class my teachers blocks the internet from his computer. the administrator ( also district ) block some of the computer systems like set program access and defaults.all i want to know is how to pass the surf lock that is set by my teacher from his computer.

They are blocked for a reason. If caught, you can be expelled from school. I was in charge of setting up the blocking software with my old job. If you're willing to risk that over your education, you're foolish.
