I would like to add my name job title, company name and phone number automatically added to the bottom of every e-mail I send out. How do I do thes?

you can add by adding signature.. in ms outlook 2007, go to Tools > Options > mail format > signauters..
make signature with whatever you want and select option that it is added to new mails and also to fwd and replies..
similarly based on different client / web based mail, you can set you signature.

You don't say what email provider you are using, but what you need is to include a digital signature. Go into your email and click on your options button and there should be a button marked signature.
