Want to learn ethical hacking at home?

Question

Im really interested in hacking and want to be a professional...But i dont know much about ethical hacking is there any way online thourgh which i can learn and can list down the requirements to learn ethical hacking and This is not a Joke im serious,so dont post answers like "you have to be serious"

You can learn a bunch online, but you need to work your way into hacking first. You can read all of the books, and follow tutorials online, but to make any money at it you first need to go to school for it! Without going to school, you're never going to know EVERYTHING you need in order to properly write your reports, how to draw up a proper contract for the hack, and you won't have a deep enough understanding of they why to the what of hacking! To be a REAL hacker and get paid for it you need degrees for it, something to show that you KNOW what you're doing. A Bachelors' degree in Cyber Security will get you RIGHT where you want to be. You should get your Associate's in Network Systems Administration first, this degree gives you the understanding of HOW your hacks are executed, WHAT you're actually hacking, etc (you need your Associates before pursuing the Bachelors'). After you get you Associate's go in for Information Systems and Cyber Security for your bachelors'. This will teach you HOW to penetrate a network, get INTO the computer, how to do MySQL injections, use metasploit, what tools are available, and so so much more. Now if you just wish to be an amateur and just do it as a hobby, watching youtube videos, crawling forums, and such will do just fine, but it will never give you what you need to do any form of Pen-Testing on a professional level!

You must also obey the community rules or you will be banned. This community might also change your goal of being an ETHICAL HACKER. Most people there are cybercriminals. So, if you're BLACKHAT you're also an ETHICAL HACKER. If you don't mind spending some money please do join some ETHICAL HACKING training academy near your locality and be a CERTIFIED ETHICAL HACKER(CEH). CEHs have more scope than those self-learning themselves. Or better learn programming and web development. Or else you can be a pen-tester by learning to use Wireshark, metasploit or somelinux distros like kali-linux and BACKTRACK etc. Start by learning to use debian. Quit using windows if you're really serious and ready to WORK HARD. :)

Background info: If you are good at math but most importantly, a logical thinker, and like to solve problems, you will like programming.



To hack, you must learn a computer language. For example, I think you should learn C or C++ because those are very popular languages. (Or learn Perl). Make sure to start from the very basics. If you don't know the basics, then in the future it will be very very very difficult for you. I know this from experience.
