Here are two easy ways I can tell you here.
1.
Try Tor project. They have so many ips in different country. Everytime you start tor you get a different ip from a different country. Download it, install and start it and then change the proxy settings of your favourite browser with Tor's browser setting.
You have to you use socks 5 and select your ip address as localhost because your system will then auto detect it from Tor. I guess Tor generally uses port 9050. So in port section right down 9050 or do a self check in Tor's browser to know about it's current port.
You must be thinking why don't I use the Tor's browser itself ( which is a custom firefox and pop up whenever you start Tor ) , right ?
Well my friend, that custom firefox of Tor project doesn't support or install flash player. And that's a auto run browser so you can't save your setting in it. So ultimately you can't play YouTube videos in that browser. Its necessary to change your own installed browser's proxy settings.
2.
Try Secure Shell tunnel using Putty. It's tutorial are all over the internet. But you need a shell account for that.
Here's only one website providing it for free, Shellmix.com . Its ip address is located in Poland. So by using this option you can watch any video on YouTube which a person can possibly watch in Poland.
Hope I helped. :)
You are an Indian I guess so please answer my question too.
