NEED VNC SOFTWARE (able to build client applications; excluded Remote Support System, TeamViewer)?

I need a software which allows you to control client computers. The software should be able to build its client application: introduce ip, port [, proxy settings] [, usr, pwd], maybe able to detect proxy settings at runtime / to allow client-side proxy configuration.

freeware software is a best choice

please do not answer with TeamViever (www.teamviewer.com), Remote Support System (http://www.remotesupportsystem.com), VNC's that require server installation / deployment / unzipping and configuration, applications which require a internet browser, applications which use online services.

TighVNC is a freeware that is downloaded as a .exe file. It would be hard to believe your client could not handle a 1Mb download and the simple installation process.

You could use RDC with NT W2k or XP. What i believe you want is a commercial program for free. I really do not believe at this time it is out there.

I do use RealVNC to manage my mother's computer over cable connections.

How are you going to set up Port Fowarding? Every LAN is different enough that is takes personal configuration.
