I was playing a game called Flash Flash Revolution and got IP banned for doing some silly things. I'm sure they permanently banned my ISP IP and not just the Local IP that I use to surf..I get this message when I try to access flashflashrevolution.com

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /vbz/showthread.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.17 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.17 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.flashflashrevolution.com Port 80

I'm wondering how I can get around this without actually having to contact my ISP?

I thank you for any advice in advance.

No point in contacting your ISP, since the ban was made by the people running the game - completely outside your ISP's control. Best bet is to find a contact link for the people running the game and send them a polite e-mail or message. Explain how you're very sorry for being an idiot and ignoring their rules, and that you promise not to do any more silly s**t. If you're lucky and sincere then they might unban your IP.

Trying to work around any ban will probably just get you banned harder. Taking part in any kind of online activity isn't an automatic right. For anything, be it a game, forum or whatever, you are given the right to take part for as long as you obey whatever rules the owners lay down. If you break those rules (we all do at some point), the best step is always to admit you were wrong and plead guilty to whoever runs the service. As long as you're genuine about it, you'll probably get unbanned.

Use a free VPN. I had one a while back that I liked a lot and I'm pretty sure it was called OpenVPN.

Try a proxy just to check.

Go to (www.hidemyass.com) then type in the URL of the game in the box that says http://google.com then click on "Hide My ***"

Your welcome!
