Either the server or your computer is misconfigured. What type of service are you accessing (HTTPS, IMAPS, LDAPS)?
The error says someone is missing an SSL certificate. Either the system administrator failed to install both the server and CA intermediate certificate or you don't have an CA intermediate certificate.
