I do not understand what I am supposed to do to fix the connection interrupted problems I am having which I detailed at the link on yahoo answers below

how do I do what they say and might this fix the problem..I was using the browser to access the site in the bookmarks not email??

They are referring to SMTP means simple mail transfer protocol. From the administrations response; it appears that they have ask a question of something to that affect, for which you answered YES. The administration is saying that your answer should have been NO.



If this does not help, I would suggest asking for clarification.
