I'm learning for some exam; so I need to know if it's making any sense to have in one company or faculty more than 1 router(with NAT configuration), be attention on NAT(Network address translation)

Yes.
I have implemented just such a system for the owner of a small hotel. The ISP NAT router provides the general access for guests staying at the hotel (through WiFi and a few wired connections over HomePlug), and a second NAT router connected to a LAN port of the first router provides a secure private network (both WiFi and wired) for the owner to use for various PCs that the guests cannot even see.

Nat is used to hide internal ip addresses. For example an internal web browser could browse outside the lan but an external web browser could not browse within the lan. And if you have a company set up to use vlans you would need routers to connect the vlans together. So yes it would make sense to have routers configured to use nat for security purposes.

yes, depending on levels of privilege. If there are some employees that are restricted and some that are not, this will designate which computers can access what.
