It sounds like you're trying to use an advanced or corporate WPA setup for your home. A Radius server is something a large company would use to control access to the network, and something you don't have.
Use WPA with a pre-shared key (sometimes called PSK) or WPA Personal.

127.0.0.1 is a loopback IP address. Go to the computer the RADIUS server is running on a get the IP address of that computer. That is the address of the RADIUS server. If the RADIUS server program says it is listening on 127.0.0.1, then you don't have that configured right either. Alot of programs will bind to the loopback by default to prevent unexpected start of service. You need to change it to listen on the appropriate network interface.

If you are on a business network (the only that should have RADIUS), refer to your network administrator.
Otherwise, if you are setting up your own network, you need to set your router to either WPA2 or WPA PERSONAL not buisiness/radius. You'll need a special server to run RADIUS and log in to the network.
A RADIUS server runs a special authentication for remote users, be it on Wireless, dial up, or VPN.
