how do i configure my speedtouch585v6? i cant get what the username and password is..PLZZ help!!?

i tried typing in "admin or administrator" in the username and in the password feild i type in "password" or i just leave it blank.coz i never even tried setting up a password for it...and im sure that my speedtouch is on it's default settings cause i reseted it more that once and i never changed or knew how to change it..whenever i want to setup my modem, it asks for the speedtouch username and password..can someone pls help?

Turn your speedtouch on



Press the reset button with a paper clip or something else that will fit into the reset hole and keep it pressed until the power led goes red, then let go.



Once restarted enter the password "password" and the username "admin" or "administrator"

I recommend visiting speedtouch web site and getting the manual of your model and you will find it there.



Try to use:

username: root

password: root



This was the usual default login for speedtouch.
