You will have same external IP address from both router. See for yourself:

IP address is assign to your machine from your ISP.

Your public IP is controlled by your ISP. In some cases, like some DSL services, you may get a new IP, within a pool of addresses if the router is changed. That is because the MAC address of the device is "new". However, in some cases, the ISP keeps a fixed IP to each household, changing them maybe once a year, for record keeping purposes. Nothing you can do about it in that case....

It all depends on your ISP and how they assign IP addresses...

As a rule, you will not be assigned the same IP address as given to the other router. This in fact makes sense since each router has it's own identification, and the address should not be duplicated by a second router, regardless of user.

For the original router that had its address banned, you can request to have your address reset and this should assign you a different address that hopefully will not be blocked the same way as the original.

YES you will get the same IP address.

The IP address that is visable on the web is provided by your ISP not by your router. Your router only hands out Private IP address's for your local network.

If your ISP uses dynamic IP's then will get a new IP, but how long before that happens is uncertain. Your ISP could go day's, weeks or months before reassigning new IP's.

you will could desire to purchase a wirless LAN card to your different laptop then touch your internet provider provider approximately getting the relationship from the router, they are going to instruction manual you. If no longer, you will could desire to purchase a LAN cable, plug it in the router and connect it to the different laptop. the router does the interest because is the internet source.
