I want to buy a USB wifi dongle..now when i checked online, i saw 150 n and 300 N..? What is the difference..? which one has more signal receiving capacity..? And can anyone suggest a good brand??

The difference between 150 and 300 is 150. 300 is twice as much as 150. Now that we have the obvious out of the way...



These speeds have nothing to do with your internet connection. It will make no difference to you unless you pay for more than a 150 Mbit connection from your ISP. Most likely, you have no more than a 20 Mbit internet connection. So it makes no difference if you have a 150 or 300 Mbit wireless dongle, because you're only going to get a 20 Mbit connection from it. As for good adapters to choose form, take a look here:

Sure it can be a plug in usb aerial. Windows should install it for you after you plug it in and follow the prompts. You should get to a dialog box that asks in your wi-fi key which you're going to have a word of or could also be on a label on the router. Windows or Vista regularly does a better job of putting in the dongles. You can use the program provided, if there is any, but Microsoft's own installation program is discreet and secure.
