Question:
I have 3 computers, each needs a completely different and unrelated IP address AND Mac address.?

I have 3 computers, each is running a different Ebay account. Ebay installs spy software on your computer to check your mac address. They also check your IP address to see if you have multiple accounts. How do I set up an internet connection so each computer will have a different IP address AND MAC address? If I get dynamic DSL, is there a way I can use 3 DSL modems and connect the DSL line to whichever I need to use? What company offers this kind of service and what package do I need?
Thanks!

you don't need to, there is something wrong with the information you have.

Any computer can run any ones eBay account. You just sign in with the "not you"

I use a computer that 10 people use and all have their own eBay.

The IP address is a cookie from eBay, delete your cookies, and eBay would not know who you are, eBay would not have any record of your IP address. Your IP address eBay would see from their end is the ISP IP address you have. The IP address you have at your end to address the router is not seen.

So eBay lands a cookie your end, and lets the cookie do the "spying", so the ISP ip address is irrelevant.

Delete your cookies and log in on each computer.

If eBay refuse you it be because you used the same credit card.

As soon as once more...You probably have three computer'S, each and every one will have already got their own IP and MAC addresses....These are their designated identities on the net so they may be able to be well-known from all the rest of the computer's on the web

There is a way but it would require a lot of work and careful port forwarding and firewall routing. I know what you are trying to do. You want to list an item with one PC and be able to bid on it with another. This practice is strictly prohibited by eBay for obvious reasons. Just use a reserve trying to beat eBay's set up will just get your account banned.
