You have to access your router, which is done by typing in the ip you entered (normally the latter of the two) and entering the following information: username = admin password = password If you still can't connect to it, you may want to contact the manufacturer or visit the site for specific instructions - but you can't get the WEP/WPA key without accessing the router.

If someone has a radius server, you should ask the admin of the radius server.
If you have no idea what a radius server is, or this is a home system, you picked the wrong WPA authentication. Pick TKIP instead of AES-radius or "Enterprise"...
