There are number of ways you can get involved with VoIP business. You can set up your own VoIP switch and provide a VoIP to PSTN gateway or you can simply resell someone else's VoIP service. You can resell individual accounts to end-users or you can resell IP trunks or Hosted IP PBX services to businesses. You can do your own billing or you can simply receive a commission for the actual provider of the service. There are a number of possibilities and a simple Web search will easily bring enough to start looking into your options. Here is just one example: http://www.talkfree.com/resellers.html

In the resources below you'll find a discussion board about VoIP in general as well as some occasional reseller opportunities.

If I were you (...side line) I would start as an affiliate of an established VoIP business just to get my feet wet and then maybe graduate into my own business (without hardware at first, and maybe with your own hadware later)

it is free to be voip reseller in ulicallvoip.net, just register your account in ulicallvoip.net as a reseller, ulicallvoip also helps their reseller to be found by the customer easily so they publish their reseller list in their website.
