My IP address always seems to leak to some websites (not all) no matter what I do to set it up. I changed my DNS server settings for IPv4 as well so that there aren't any problems through there. I am using OpenVPN to connect using Private Internet Access if that matters.

The question is does OpenVPN work correctly with Window 10. I don't know the answer.

I do know that every time MS updates Windows it takes time for the developers of 3rd party software to update their product in order for their program to work correctly with whatever MS changed.

My suggestion would be to get the latest and greatest version of OpenVPN and read the release notes to see if it supports Windows 10 and or if there are any known issues.

Just as a note, VPN can still allow Java scripts from a web server to run on your machine, finding out your true public IP address. This is depending on the web site you are connecting to (what they run). There are other ways to query your machine if it is not locked down real tight in terms of security. VPN does work in the majority of cases, but nothing is ever 100%....
